The department

Our experienced Insurance and Regulatory Team specialises in all areas of insurance litigation ranging from small value claims right up to £multi-million cases. The team acts for major European and UK insurers and brokers as well as businesses and individuals. We have a proven track record of handling all types of claims from initial liability enquiries, small and County Court claims through to High Court and contested cases in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

The role

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Insurance & Regulatory team based in our Southampton office on a 6-12 month fixed term contract. 

The ideal candidate ideally will have gained experience in insurance litigation work at either a city or leading regional practice. Candidates should be willing to work at times on time-sensitive assignments and must be commercially focused, agile and pragmatic in their approach.  The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
