The department

Trethowans have been looking after families of all generations for many years. We offer a wide range of professional advice and practical support. Our wills, trusts and probate team specialises in preserving wealth for individuals, couples and families through wills and inheritance tax planning.

The role

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our new Private Client team based in our Bournemouth Office. 

The successful candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience within Private Client law.  The role involves a variety of tasks such as audio typing, file management, client care, document preparation, diary management and ad-hoc administrative and front of house tasks as required.

The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team and excellent delivery of client service is also essential to the role. Candidates must be proactive and logical in their approach to work and have the ability to remain professional at all times.
