The department

The Family Team at Trethowans are specialists in the field, providing advice on a wide range of family law issues. From helping our clients resolve financial matters or the arrangements for children without court, to helping them navigate highly contested disputes or fine-tuning an agreement already reached.

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join our well-regarded and award winning Family Team based in either our Bournemouth or Poole office. 

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years’ experience and will have gained experience in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial provision and children. A member of Resolution and ideally collaborative or mediation trained, although this is not essential.

The successful candidate will help to support the existing team in offering a high quality client focused service to our extensive client base. The successful candidate will also need to take an active role in marketing and business development so should have experience in this area.
