Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Prepare and submit AP1 and FR1 applications to the Land Registry.
  • Collate relevant accompanying documents for applications to the Land Registry.
  • Assist fee-earners with post-exchange / pre-completion tasks.

  • Ensure applications are submitted within the OS1 priority period and requisitions replied to before the cancellation date.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate registrations are completed and co-ordinate responses to requisitions.
  • Collaborate with HMLR to ensure accurate registrations are completed and requisitions reduced.

  • Ensure lender clients are fully updated on progress via the lender’s chosen method of communication.

  • Upload post completion documents to LMS and Lender Exchange portal.

This is a busy and demanding role which requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work. Good interpersonal skills together with the ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service are essential to this role.
