Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to become part of our busy and successful Residential Property Team based in our Salisbury office. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience and will have gained experience in residential property work at either a city or leading regional practice.

The role will involve responsibility for managing your own caseload of files ranging from sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership. You will be required to keep estate agents and other contacts and referrers regularly updated, meeting with them, and developing a strong rapport. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
