We are looking for a Marketing and Events Executive to join our dynamic team in a busy and varied role. The successful candidate will be involved in a full range of activities across the complete marketing mix. Previous experience of event management and producing podcasts, and/or videography is essential to this role. You will work as part of an energetic and enthusiastic team to deliver successful campaigns across our chosen markets.
As we are focused on attracting the right candidate, the role could be based in our Bournemouth or Southampton offices. However, regular visits to the other offices will be required to build relationships and gain an understanding of the various markets and services.
Candidates should have a full UK driving license, be willing to travel between our five offices when necessary and work outside of normal working hours when required.
What you’ll be doing
- Running high quality events - from establishing audience and objectives, project management and production of supporting material, delivery of event on the day and post event evaluation
- Producing podcasts
- Co-ordinating multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, including contribution to planning, design, monitoring and measuring and end of campaign reporting
- Promoting and strengthening the brand using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Use of design tools (primarily Canva) to design and prepare artwork for campaigns
- Developing and maintaining marketing materials, acting as a central point of reference for production
- Project management of the Candid Divorce Lawyer podcast, from topic ideas, to recording and campaign management via social and other channels
- Drafting copy for the website, publications and advertisements
- Internal comms via the production of our internal newsletter ‘T-Talk’
- Maintaining a clear and coherent brand message in all of our communications
- Liaising with external contacts and suppliers such as design, PR and organisations we sponsor
- Contribute new ideas for marketing standards and processes
About you
You will be a team player with great project management and organisation skills. You will have a CIM qualification or degree in Marketing and proven experience in a similar role. Experience in a professional services environment is desirable but not essential. Candidates must be positive and proactive in their approach, with good communication skills. |
