The Corporate & Commercial Team at Trethowans is highly regarded and provides advice across a wide range of business sectors. Our clients include individuals and SMEs through to major financial institutions and household names such as Ladbrokes, Jewson (part of the Saint-Gobain Group) and Lush Cosmetics.

We advise on the full remit of legal issues which affect businesses during their lifecycle including in respect of the following practice areas:

- company, limited liability partnership and partnership formations and company secretarial services

- commercial contracts (e.g. supply of goods/services agreements and IT agreements)

- corporate governance & regulation (e.g. advice regarding the Companies Act)

- banking & finance

- corporate transactions (e.g. share/business sales/purchases and investments)

We are looking for a Solicitor to join our successful Corporate Team based in our Southampton  office. This role offers the opportunity for immediate exposure to high quality work from day one and provides excellent opportunities for career progression.

The ideal candidate will have gained 2-5 years experience in corporate work at either a city or leading regional practice. Candidates should be commercially focussed and pragmatic in their approach. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
