The department

Trethowans have been looking after families of all generations for many years. We offer a wide range of professional advice and practical support. Our wills, trusts and probate team specialises in preserving wealth for individuals, couples and families through wills and inheritance tax planning.

The role

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our busy and successful Private Client Team in either our Poole or Bournemouth office. 

The successful candidate will have 1+ years’ experience and will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience in all areas of Private Client Law including Wills, Administration of Estates and Trusts.

The ideal candidate will be required to take an active role in Marketing and Business development and should be able to demonstrate confidence in generating work.  This will be an exciting opportunity for a lawyer looking for their next challenge. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service at all times is essential to this role.
