The role

As part of our growth plans, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior conveyancer in our growing Bournemouth office. 

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years’ experience and will have gained experience in all conveyancing aspects.

The successful candidate will have a network of existing relationships, possess a strong reputation in the area together with sound technical and procedural knowledge.  Managerial experience of a Team is essential as the Team grows. Candidates will also need to have strong organisation skills and be dynamic in their approach to keeping up with the pace that a busy residential conveyancing team demands.

The role will involve responsibility for managing your own caseload of files ranging from sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership. The successful candidate should have experience in taking an active role in marketing and business development in order to develop and grow this area of work in the Bournemouth office. 

The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
