The property issues facing farmers and land owners are diverse and often complex, impacting on both businesses and families. The agricultural sector is burdened with ever-increasing regulations. For that reason we have a team of agricultural law specialists providing a comprehensive service. Our agricultural law solicitors advise farmers and other rural land owners on managing their business, family affairs, succession planning and other related country issues.

As part of our plans for growth, we are looking for an experienced agriculture and rural property lawyer to join our successful Agriculture and Rural Property Team based in our Poole office.

The Firm's existing Agriculture and Rural Property Team is an established Team based in our Salisbury office. Now there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer looking for their next challenge to help build this area of work and a team in the Poole office.

The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of Agricultural Law including sale and purchase of farms and other rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, equestrian properties, sporting leases and otherwise acting for farms and estates on a range of diverse property issues.

The right candidate will help to support the existing team, in offering a high quality client focused service to our extensive client base. The successful candidate should have a following and experience in taking an active role in marketing and business development in order to expand and develop this area of work in the Poole office.
